Gee, it must pay to work for the local newspaper.

I mean, of course earning a meaningless chair position in the middle of a county solidly held under the rule of one party is front page news.

    I still want to know what the hell Miss Vinnie was referring to in her column about three women working behind the scenes to deprive young Mr. Hanley his post. Was it merely Miss Kate McDaniel and Sarah Bell running against him? Or was it something much more sinister or completely imagined?
