There are ample things frustrating in this story, but since it's Gameday, I'm going to hold off.
However, I will say this ... why give $1 million in stimulus money to a non-profit and charge them with a new task of using that money to train other non-profits and discourage duplication of services when other entities already do that?
It seems like duplicating the encouragement of non-duplication is kinda silly.
(Also, I'd like to see how that economic development money is being spent, because I've got a funny feeling it ain't gonna be done wisely or strategically.)
