An early victory

While we're all sitting on pins and needles waiting to see who'll be in charge in Atlanta, here's an nice early victory for my former bosses at the state Democratic Party.

Down in Milledgeville, Democrat Darrell Black squeaks into a runoff with former lobbyist Rusty Kidd in a special election for Georgia House of Representatives.
