Chi Phi has reversed its original plans to preserve Arnocroft near Five Points, despite pledging to utilize the structure after acquiring the property.

Athens-Clarke County District 10 Commissioner Mike Hamby said the fraternity had plans to either demolish the 106-year-old building or possibly move it to a new location. He also said he'd be opposed to either action.
