Maison Bleu closes

This is sad, but to be expected based on the economy and the desires of the owners. I had heard they were considering a revamping or selling the business, but I suppose closing down makes sense too.

Now, I have to say ... I'd love a co-investor to go in there with me and make it a viable restaurant. It's a solid location that just needs to move away from the high-end niche market and focus on a more broad appeal.
